Data Deletion

You can remove most of your data yourself, right now, without waiting on us:

  • A job and its clips — delete it from the Library. This removes the rendered clips and the downloaded source video from our storage immediately.
  • A connected YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or X account — disconnect it from Settings → Connections. The stored access and refresh tokens for that account are deleted immediately. You can also revoke access from the platform's own account settings, which has the same effect from their side.
  • A meme asset — remove it from the Memes library.

For a full account deletion — your email, password hash, and anything not already removed by the steps above — email support@clipperstudio.app from the address on your account, or use the contact form. We'll confirm back to you and complete the deletion within 30 days. If you've published clips to a platform before requesting deletion, those published posts live on that platform and aren't affected — remove them there directly if you want them down too.

This applies equally regardless of which platform you connected through — deleting your Clipper Studio account removes any Facebook/Instagram (Meta) data we hold the same way as any other platform's.
